Una de las primeras fábricas de cerveza artesana a nivel nacional, se establecieron en Toledo hace nueve años . Así encontramos a Fernando Campoy cuando fuimos a visitar la fábrica, preparando la Domus Week evento de referencia en el mundo de la cerveza artesana.
Set up in Toledo nine years ago, it is one of the first national micro breweries. When we visited them, Fernando Campoy (in the photo) was planning Domus Week, a reference event in the world of craft beers.
Se encuentra en el complejo industrial Margarita, segunda ubicación desde sus inicios. Cuentan con un obrador de 1500 litros diseñado mano a mano con Boris de Mesones. Funciona por infusión simple, estilo ingles que añadiendo agua realiza escalones de temperatura.

Cuenta con dos fermentadores de 1500 litros y acaba de adquirir uno de 3000 litros que preside la fábrica. Grupo de frío de 3000 litros con apoyos.

Modificaciones en los depósitos facilitaron la elaboración en isobárico de su cerveza.

Cuentan con un monobloque llenadora, etiquetadora y chapado, alemana de los años 70. Esta restaurada y es una autentica maravilla.
